Issues.Upside down picture
A customer has reported a problem on a Dell Laptop running XP Pro which can be fixed with a simple driver.
Please contact us if you have the same problem but the driver fix is as follows - Search in google for a file called vsnp2uvc.exe
Once extracted, double click vsnp2uvc.exe and the driver will install.
Select the camera in an application such as skype and options of inverting the screen, mirror mode and a few basic special effects will then be available.
