We do not store any credit card details here at The Funky Company. When you make a transaction, your details are passed straight through to a secure banking gateway to process, and are never saved by The Funky Company.
All banking data is encrypted and this therefore keeps this information private. A security icon will be seen in the form of a lock or a Key to inform you that this is a secure system used on our site.
Privacy
We do not use your details to send you emails that you do not want or require unless you specifically ask to be contacted. We don't do spam or unsolicited mailing lists. We dislike them as much as you do.
If you enter one of our competitions, your contact details will be held until the competition is drawn. Only after the competition is drawn, the winner notified and the prize safely delivered will we clear all details from our competition area. We will then start again on the next competition. This keeps your information safe and the competition fair.
If you would like to give us feed back at any time it is most welcome. Please don't send anything that would be deemed unlawful, harmful, threatening or abusive. If you don't like something, please be civil about it. Any details provided will be kept at The Funky Company. No 3 rd party companies, web sites, web site links or agencies will have access to those records. Only those parties that require your details to provide a service for or on behalf of The Funky Company will be privy to the information that we have. This applies to Shipping, mail, credit card authorisations, returns or limited marketing and promotional work.
Any suspected fraudulent activity experienced by The Funky Company will be acted upon. Any information gained by this activity will be passed onto the relevant authorities and agencies.
We will from time to time add to or change our policy to protect ourselves and our customers.
